Definition	The EU registry on industrial sites is a data flow that collects information on the facilities, installations, and plants which are obliged to report under the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) Regulation and the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED). This obligation finds its legal basis in the Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1135/EU. The first reporting year for this data flow is 2017, to be reported by 30 June 2019. The subsequent reporting year, 2018 reporting year, is to be reported by 30 September 2019. Every year thereafter, countries must report the year - 1 information.
