Scope note	Bu grup tekstil ürünlerinin dokunmasını kapsamaktadır. Bu, ipek, yün, diğer hayvan, sebze veya suni veya sentetik lif, kağıt veya cam vb. gibi çeşitli ham maddelerden yapılabilmektedir.
