Methodology for obtaining data This value is required.

It has to be considered that when there is a new ID code there is a new object even if the real-world entity has not changed. For a MS which wants only to change the ID code due to a new codification of all the SA or LSA, the endLifespanVersion attribute must be filled with a valid DateTime in the SA or LSA table in the line corresponding to the old ID code attribute. The year of the reporting of the change there is a need to report the SAmain or LSA table with the new and old codes. The endLifespanVersion attribute of the old code will be filled with a date corresponding to YYYY-12-31, the year before this object was superseded. The beginlifespanVersion attribute of the new ID code will be (YYYY+1)-01-01.
