Methodology for obtaining data	The value is required for all existing active treatment plants serving agglomerations with expired implementation deadline. Each type of treatment technology available at one UWWTP should be reported. Eg. if a more stringent treatment is in place, primary and secondary have also to be declared "true". A valid alternative to the default boolean values 'false' and 'true' are values '0' and '1', respectively.
