If changes have occurred that affected or could have affected the quality classification, then the attribute in the field “Changes” should be “Y”. Changes could be reported for preceding seasons if not yet reported. If changes occurred in the preceding season, NuSeasons is “2”. If changes occurred two years ago, NuSeasons is “3”. Description of changes should be provided under column “ManMeas”.
