Definition	Emission of nutrients and organic matter in tonnes/year per source of point emissions as specified in the field 3.2.8, aggregated by spatial unit.
Methodology for obtaining data	This is a required, not null field. Annual emission of nutrients and organic matter. Category of p.e. < 2000 only if they are significant. If data has been provided under WFD, UWWTD, E-PRTR or SoE (Riverine Load or Direct Discharges) reporting, please use value -1, -2, -3 or -5 respectively. If the value of emissions is not known or not available, enter -8 into the Emission field. In case emissions are not relevant or not significant, enter -9. Please do not use zero but suggested codes, if relevant.
