Methodology for obtaining data This table has to be filled in by Member States that apply a whole territory approach according to article 3 §5 of the directive, because they are exempted to supply information on specific vulnerable zones. In this table information on legal acts concerning the whole territory approach can be delivered. Geographical information is not needed because the boundaries will be the same as the country boundaries
