Definition	Total water that has undergone wastewater treatment and is delivered to a user as reclaimed wastewater (this means the direct supply of treated effluent to the user). It may also include untreated wastewater or used cooling water if it meets established quality standards. Excluded is wastewater discharged into a watercourse and used again downstream. Recycling within industrial sites is excluded.
